ADDING A SALES PRICE TO YOUR PRODUCTS



  1. PRODUCTS WITHOUT VARIANTS


  • From the eParcel Portal, under the STORE tab, click on PRODUCTS to open the drop down and click on OVERVIEW.

  • Your product list will appear with all the products you have added to the database (excluding archived products). > Click on the VIEW button.

  • Click on the PRICING tab.

  • PRICE will be your sale price and COMPARE AT PRICE will be your original price that the sale compares to.

  • Click on the SAVE CHANGES button.


The product will now do the Comparative SALES price on your website.


2. PRODUCTS WITH VARIANTS


  • From the eParcel Portal, under the STORE tab, click on PRODUCTS to open the drop down and click on OVERVIEW.

  • Your product list will appear with all the products you have added to the database (excluding archived products). > Click on the VIEW button of the product with variants that you want to put on sale.

  • Click on the fourth TAB, INVENTORY.

Your Variant List will appear

  • Click on the EDIT button next to the first variant to amend the price to the new SALES price.

  • Amend the PRICE to the new SALES PRICE.

  • Click on the SAVE VARIANT button.

  • Continue to edit the rest of your variants to include the new SALES PRICES.

  • Once your variant pricing is correct, click on the third TAB, PRICING.

  • Here you set the FROM price (when viewing a product on your website). EDIT the COMPARE AT PRICE to your lowest Variant OLD Price

  • Click on the SET TO LOWEST VARIANT PRICE button. This will change your price to the lowest Variant SALE Price you just set.

  • Click on the SAVE CHANGES button.


The product will now do the Comparative SALES price on your website.
