CHOOSING ePARCEL AS YOUR COURIER PARTNER

DOWNLOADING THE DISPATCH NOTE

  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on SEARCH ORDERS.

  • Enter the order number of the new order and click on the SEARCH ORDERS button.

  • Click on the VIEW button.


You can download a dispatch note. Click on the DOWNLOAD DISPATCH NOTE.

DISPATCHING WITH ePARCEL COURIER

  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on SEARCH ORDERS.

  • Enter the order number and click on the SEARCH ORDERS button.

  • Click on the VIEW button.

  • Click on the DISPATCH ORDER button.


On the left is the ORDER SHIPPING DETAIL. This is what the client chose and paid for when buying from your website. It is important to double check that the client did not request another service (for example click & collect).

NOTE: If your shipping rule is set to eParcel, it is important to check WHAT eParcel service the shopper paid for. They may have chosen an EXPRESS service and paid more to get the package faster.


  • Under the DISPATCH OPTIONS, choose the COURIER option from the drop down and click on the NEXT STEP button.


On the left is the ORDER SHIPPING DETAIL. This is what the client chose and paid for when buying from your website. It is important to double check that the client did not request another service (for example click & collect).


Under the DISPATCH OPTIONS, choose the COURIER option from the drop down and click on the NEXT STEP button.


On the left, you can double check the ORDER DETAILS.


On the right, you can enter in the package details. ENTER the dimensions and weight of the parcel.


  • Click on the GET COURIER QUOTES button.


Once you are on the COMPARE COURIER QUOTES page, the delivery details of the client AND the shipping option the client chose, will be at the top.


  • Choose the courier quote that will best work for you and click on the BOOK THIIS SERVICE button.


  • CONFIRM the collection address. This is pre-filled with your saved WAREHOUSE ADDRESS. Double check that the address is correct and click on the NEXT STEP button. (SET in the e-portal under STORE SETTINGS --> WAREHOUSE)


  • CONFIRM the delivery address. This is pre-filled from the order. Double check that the address is correct and click on the NEXT STEP button.


  • ADD a reference to the booking.


  • ADD a description of the contents.


  • Do you want to insure your package? ADD the value of your package. (With eParcel you get up to R5000 insurance FREE OF CHARGE!!)


  • CHOOSE the collection date.


  • CLICK on the NEXT STEP button.


  • Confirm the booking details and the click on the PAY NOW button. You will be redirected to eparcel.co.za to complete the payment.


  • CHOOSE your payment method (Payfast or eParcel wallet).


There are two payment options:

  1. eParcel Wallet (no fees) or

  2. Payfast (R10 admin fee).


  • Go back to your Nimbl portal.


Your client will also receive an email with the tracking details (SEE: ORDER AUTOMATED EMAILS)



The order is now complete - status has been changed to complete. The order will only be available if you search for the order and/or on reporting files if status is COMPLETED.

MANAGING THE SHIPMENT


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on DISPATCHED ORDERS.

  • Under the eParcel IN TRANSIT tab, you will now find the order.

NOTE: All orders that are dispatched through eParcel can be found here. It will automatically disappear from this list once the package has been delivered.


  • Click on the VIEW WAYBILL button of the order you want to view.


SHARE SHIPMENT DETAILS:

  • You can share the waybill information with your client. Click on the SHARE THIS SHIPMENT button. (Tracking details sent to your client when booking is made (see: order automated emails), but if they did not receive it for some reason.)

  • You can add a message, TO NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS. Click on the EMAIL NOW button.


VIEW / PRINT INVOICE:

  • Click on the VIEW INVOICE button.


VIEW / PRINT WAYBILL:

  • Click on the PRINT WAYBILL button.
