ONCE THE ORDER IS READY FOR THE CLIENT TO COME AND COLLECT
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on SEARCH ORDERS.
Enter the order number and click on the SEARCH ORDERS button.
Click on the VIEW button.
Click on the DISPATCH ORDER button.
On the left is the ORDER SHIPPING DETAIL. This is what the client chose and paid for when buying from your website. Here it will state the client chose click & collect.
Under the DISPATCH OPTIONS, choose the CLICK & COLLECT option from the drop down (it should automatically be on the click & collect option) and click on the NEXT STEP button.
Check that all the details match and then click on the CONFIRM CLICK & COLLECT READY button.
Once this order is confirmed, the client will be emailed. They will be informed that the shipment is ready for collection from Warehouse Address. They will also be provided with the Order Number to use as reference when collecting. The order will be available under Click and Collect Orders to be completed
Your order status has been changed to complete. Your order will be under the DISPATCHED ORDERS --> CLICK & COLLECT tab to update once order has been collected.
WHEN THE SHOPPER ARRIVES TO COLLECT THE ORDER
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on DISPATCHED ORDERS.
Under the CLICK & COLLECT tab, you will find all orders that are ready for collection.
SEARCH for the order number the customer supplies, and click on the VIEW button of the order.
On the left is the ORDER DETAIL. This is to confirm what the client bought and what they are collecting.
Click on the DOWNLOAD DISPATCH NOTE for the customer to sign for their package.
COMPLETING THE DISPATCH
Once order has been collected you can complete the fields (COLLECTED BY / DATE COLLECTED) and click on the CONFIRM COLLECTION button.
The order will only be available if you search for the order and/or on reporting files if status is COMPLETED.
