DISPATCHING THE ORDER TO YOUR CLIENT


Once your order is ready to be sent to the client, the FINAL step in managing your order is to dispatch the order. Once you dispatch the order, the order will be marked as complete.

TIP: The order will only be available if you search for the order and/or on reporting files, if status is COMPLETED.

You are welcome to use any other courier or delivery method. To complete your order you have to dispatch the order.

Give your customers the opportunity to collect there orders from your set warehouse address. There will be no shipping fee when they order and choose the click and collect option.
