Understanding how orders work in the eParcel Store is an important part of running your business. After a customer places an order (using your online shop), it appears in the Orders area of your eParcel Store.


THE ORDER PROCESS

OPEN ORDERS: receiving / creating an order ----> DISPATCHED ORDERS: sending the order to the client ----> ORDER COMPLETE


NB. When testing your ordering system, it is important to note that the Payfast option will not create an order in the system if your website is not published.
