From the homepage, under the SHIPPING tab, click on the COURIER SHIPMENTS button.
HERE you will find all your shipments.
It will automatically be on the IN TRANSIT TAB. These are all your packages that have been booked for delivery, but they are still in transit (delivery has not yet taken place).
Ckick on the VIEW button to manage the shipment:
SHARE SHIPMENT DETAILS:
You can share the waybill information with your client. Click on the SHARE THIS SHIPMENT button. (Tracking details sent to your client when booking is made (see: order automated emails), but if they did not receive it for some reason.)
You can add a message, TO NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS. Click on the EMAIL NOW button.
VIEW / PRINT INVOICE:
Click on the VIEW INVOICE button.
VIEW / PRINT WAYBILL:
Click on the PRINT WAYBILL button.
You can search for an INDIVIDUAL WAYBILL in the IN TRANSIT TAB.
Alternatively you can do monthly searches. Click on the SEARCH SHIPMENTS TAB, then choose your month range. This is for reporting purposes.
This will include all shipments that need confirmation from the courier before the collection can take place.
